The perfect post-yoga practice drink! I don’t follow a recipe but here are the list of ingredients you will need:
your choice of nut milk (I find coconut or cashew milk creamier, sometimes I mix in oat or almond milk)
dash of black pepper to activate turmeric
dash of nutmeg, ground ginger
generous amount of cinnamon
tiny teaspoon of coconut oil to make it creamy (optional)
agave nectar to sweeten
Heat on stove - low heat. Whisk to mix, serve when ready!
