I specialise in working with complete beginners who want to build confidence before joining a group class or develop a personalised sequence to practice at home, those recovering from injury or health challenges, and anyone returning to movement after a break or pregnancy. Each session is fully tailored to your goals, helping you feel stronger, supported, and ready to progress at your own pace.

  • Progress at your own pace & ongoing growth: If you book a series of sessions, we’ll build on your practice week by week, helping you progress steadily and safely, creating long lasting results.

Prices start from £75 per hour, depending on group size, with discounts available for ongoing sessions.

From playful flows and partner yoga for plenty of laughter, to soothing, meditative sessions that help everyone slow down and connect, your celebration will become an unforgettable shared moment.
