Join us this October for our Signature ‘Yoga Glow’ Yoga Retreat - a relaxing weekend retreat at the beautiful Court Farm in Somerset, a family run converted farm, surrounded by 10 acres of breathtaking countryside. With exquisite attention to detail, the farm buildings have been immaculately refurbished with interior flair and utmost luxury.

This is the chance to join an exclusive and intimate retreat, with numbers limited to 10 places, all with large, luxurious twin or double rooms with en-suites. The retreat is open to all yoga levels. If you have just taken a couple of classes and have always wanted to go on a retreat but never made the leap, or you have a well established practice, you will find what you need.

Food is an important part of the experience whilst on a retreat, I am thrilled to be working with Nafia from UpRaw Food. Every meal you have will be vegan/vegetarian, nutritious, freshly prepared and beautifully presented by our talented chef.

Travel:
Direct trains run from London Paddington to Bath Spa and Westbury train stations, which are both a 10 minute taxi ride from Court Farm. Driving: London (2h 15mins), Bristol (50 mins), Birmingham (2h 10mins)

  • There will be at least four sessions with Jay over the weekend, including guided meditation, flow, yin, mfr and yoga nidra.

    Morning sessions will be more dynamic to awaken the body and mind ready for the day ahead. In the evening we will tune our attention inwards with gentle and relaxing Yin & Yoga Nidra. The retreat is suitable for all levels of ability - if you are new to yoga, you’ll be supported & given options. If you are looking to deepen your practice, you will be challenged & guided safely.

  • With a flair for the colourful, Nafia’s culinary creations are as beautiful as they are absolutely delicious! Nutritionally balanced, plant based and from the heart, you will leave each meal feeling satisfied in every way.

    GF, refined sugar free, food allergies and any other dietary requirements can be catered for.

  • Join us for an enlightening session with Sarah, a dynamic BANT Registered Nutritionist who is passionate about helping women understand their bodies and thrive. In this talk ‘Mindful body, mindful gut’ Sarah will unravel the fascinating connection between the mind and body, with a special focus on gut health.

    You’ll also have the chance to book in a 30 minutes one-to-one chat with Sarah to dive deeper into any topic you’re curious about!

  • On one evening, we will dive deeper into a serene, tranquil space of inner peace with a sound healing gong bath, one of the most ancient forms of healing dating back thousands of years.

    The sound of gong has a profound effect on people with most having the experience of floating in space, or in an ocean. Come in your comfiest PJ's and cosiest socks and let yourself be transported to a realm of weightlessness.

Your Weekend:

You are welcome to arrive any time from 4.30pm on Friday 17th October. There will be a welcome circle followed by a gentle evening yoga session to work out the travel kinks and start the relaxing weekend followed by dinner.

Departure 11am on Sunday 19th October.

Your day will look something like this:

- wake up to fresh juice or smoothies and a healthy snack
- meditation, breath work, yoga: 90 mins practice with Jay
- nutritious breakfast freshly prepared by Nafia
- mindful body, mindful gut workshop with Sarah
- light lunch
- free time for massages, country walks, a soak in the hot tub, naps, read by fire or do absolutely nothing
- blissful evening Yin + Yoga Nidra and sound healing on one evening
- 2 course dinner
- cosy snuggles in front of the fire with a tea before bed time

This retreat is all about meeting like-minded people & making new friends over delicious nutritious food, coming together to find new inspirations & creating new experiences.

  • Absolutely! Many participants arrive independently and leave with life long friends! You can choose between booking your own private room or stay in a shared room with other people of same gender.

  • This is a retreat for all levels.

    If you have been in my classes, you will know that I always provide options.

    If you’re new to yoga or feels like taking a kinder option, you will be supported. If you are looking to deepen your practice, you will be challenged and guided safely.

  • Not at all. This is your retreat, your space and your time! There are plenty of space to retreat to, have a nap, read your book by the fire. There are plenty of walks around too, and you can spend time in the hot tub

  1. You will hear back from me within 48 hours with information on how to reserve your place with a non-refundable £150 deposit. The remaining balance will be due by Saturday a month before the retreat.

  2. Time to get excited about the retreat! We will send you your retreat guide with pack list, location and other useful information nearer the time :)

TAKE ME TO SOMERSET
  • Generally about 3 hours+. 1.5 hours in the morning (meditation, morning vinyasa); 1.5 hours in late afternoon (yin yoga, yoga nidra)

  • Your deposit is non-refundable, non-transferrable.

    If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat and need to cancel, please email as soon as possible and I will do my best to fill your place so that I can refund any payments made (excluding deposit). This may not always be possible however and if your place cannot be filled, the following cancellation fees will apply:

    • 8 – 12 weeks before the retreat start date: 50% of the retreat price minus deposit (deposit non refundable)

    • 8 weeks or less before the retreat start date: 100% of the retreat price.
