After a nourishing two-course lunch prepared by The Frogmill, we’ll explore an interactive workshop centred around mindset, goals for 2026, or what strength truly means to you.
The afternoon softens into soothing Yin yoga and a guided visualisation, with a few thoughtful surprises woven throughout to support you as you prepare for the year ahead. We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound bath, helping you step into the year feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired.

In the afternoon, we’ll settle into a deeply serene space with a soothing sound bath - an ancient practice used for thousands of years to calm the mind and restore balance.
The vibrations of the gong can create a feeling of spaciousness and lightness, with many people describing the sensation as floating in water or drifting through space.
Allow yourself to soften, let go, and be gently transported into a realm of weightlessness and inner peace.
