Sessions can be held at your hen party accommodation, wedding venue, hotel room or even outdoors (weather permitting). Online sessions are also available if that works better for you.

Typically 60 minutes, but we can adjust to suit your schedule - whether it’s a short morning flow or a longer pre-wedding wind-down.

Absolutely! These sessions can be just for you, or shared with your bridal party for a beautiful group experience.

Night-Before Yoga / Morning-of Yoga: Starting from £90 per session.
Private Pre-Wedding Sessions: Starting from £75 per hour (packages available for multiple sessions).
Zen Party / Hen Party Yoga: Starting from £120, depending on group size and location.
