Teach with intention & integrity

At the heart of The Calm Club’s ethos of teaching yoga and mindfulness to children is a child-led approach, trauma sensitivity and self-care for sustainable happy teaching.

we invite you to share yoga with this intelligent understanding, knowing your kindness will support them (and you) to thrive.

TASH NEELY, founder of The Calm Club

The wonderful practice of yoga came into my life in 2010, and since then it has helped me in so many ways. In 2015 I became a classroom teacher, yoga, breath and meditation helped me to serve my students better. From being directly in the classroom, I understand the challenges schools, teachers and students face, and have seen first hand how impactful yoga can be in schools and within families.

My own love of learning continues to grow and through the joy of teaching yoga to children, I learn something new and unexpected in every class.

I truly believe that yoga and mindfulness are calming, peaceful tools for children that will serve them throughout their lives.

JAY, The Yoga Glow
experienced kids yoga teacher

With 10 years of yoga teaching experience, I’ve shared yoga at schools, nurseries and summer camps as well as running yoga and mindfulness classes for teens.

What I love most about teaching children?
Witnessing their growth and development and seeing their happy, peaceful calm selves smiling away after each session
