Our family yoga sessions blend playfulness and yoga, creating a space for the whole family to relax, connect, and enjoy quality time together. Designed for children aged 5–12 and their grown-ups, these playful classes include movement, wild imagination, breath work and relaxation - all shared in a way that’s calm, creative, and fun.

No experience needed, just come with a willingness to move, giggle, and enjoy some screen-free time as a family 💛
